Dan Meyers

Dan Meyers is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment efforts and developing innovative talent acquisition strategies at Siemens since November 2016. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Siemens US, Dan oversees a team responsible for meeting the professional and executive recruiting needs of Siemens Core Businesses in the US. Previous roles include Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for Siemens Enlighted US, where Dan focused on recruiting top talent for cognitive Environmental IoT Sensors and Lighting Controls, and Talent Acquisition Partner for Siemens Technology, facilitating full life-cycle recruiting. Additionally, Dan has held a position as Strategic Projects & Operations Consultant, working on various projects related to TA strategy, data analytics, and DE&I initiatives. Since November 2024, Dan has been contributing as CoPact Impact Advisor, focusing on recruitment efficiency and HR technology optimization. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
