Daniela Proust

Daniela Proust is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. From May 2017 to August 2023, Daniela held various senior leadership roles at Siemens, including SVP and Head of People & Organization for Siemens USA, as well as SVP of Global Learning and Growth. Prior to Siemens, Daniela served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included project acquisition and international project execution. Additionally, Daniela worked as a Project Manager for Deutsche Telekom, overseeing company-wide business process transformations impacting over 8,000 employees. Daniela began her career in sales and key account management at Methling und Partner and as Managing Director of Simply Fresh restaurants. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business and Engineering from Steinbeis Hochschule.
