Franziska Dolak

Franziska Dolak currently serves as the Global Head of Product Mobile & Web at HaCon, Siemens Mobility, leading a team that shapes mobile and web product strategies for global customers. Prior roles include Global Head of Digital Applications & Data-driven Services within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, where responsibilities involved P&L management and driving business strategy for SaaS solutions, and Innovation Manager in the Building Technologies Division, focusing on smart building innovations. Dolak has also contributed as an Expert for Innosuisse, aiding the Innovation Council in funding assessments for entrepreneurs. Academic roles include Lecturer in Innovation Management and Design Thinking Coach at HSLU Hochschule Luzern, alongside earlier research assistantship at the University of St. Gallen. Dolak’s background also encompasses social media project leadership at Allianz Malaysia and diverse internships across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen and a MSc in Management from emlyon business school, complemented by studies at Stanford University and Munich School of Management.
