Gemma Aldridge

Gemma Nester is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in strategic resourcing and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Siemens in the UK and Ireland since June 2022, Gemma manages a large team focused on delivering entry-level talent, professional hires, and recruitment marketing. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Network Rail, where strategic resourcing initiatives were implemented across multiple regions, and Lead Consultant in the Operations Division at CBC Resourcing Solutions, responsible for a wide range of specialist market expertise in recruitment. Additional experience includes roles at Petroleum People and Future Recruitment, where Gemma developed recruitment processes in the oil and gas sector and the print industry, respectively. Gemma holds a BSc Hons degree in English and Psychology from the University of Bolton.
