Hareeshkumar Sanu is a seasoned professional in strategic procurement and industrialization with extensive experience in various aspects of manufacturing and cost engineering. Currently serving as a Strategic Procurement Manager at Siemens since September 2017, Hareeshkumar specializes in cost and value engineering, leveraging tools such as TCPCM and MLPP for product cost management and optimization. Prior to Siemens, experience was gained at Schneider Electric as Deputy Manager, focusing on metallic parts industrialization for electrical switchgear products, and at Molex as Shift Incharge, overseeing precision tool manufacturing processes. Hareeshkumar has also held technical roles at K R Precisions PCL Thailand and Rajamane Telectrics Pvt Ltd, beginning as a Tool & Die Maker at Fine Blanking Pvt.Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Executive Business Management Programme from the Indo-German Training Centre and a Diploma in Tool & Die Making from N T T F Technical Training Institute Dharwad.
