Hector Hernandez

Hector Hernandez, EIT, is a dedicated Field Services Engineer currently employed at Current Power since May 2021. Prior experience includes work as an AutoCAD Technician at SynchroGrid, where responsibilities involved editing panel wiring diagrams and providing drafting support for utility substations. Previous roles also encompass serving as an Electrical and Instrumentation Project Engineer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where project management and collaboration with multiple departments were key responsibilities. Additionally, Hector conducted research as part of the R-STEM REU Program at Rice University, focusing on polymer solar cells, and gained foundational experience as an Asset Integrity Technician at PinnacleART. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Associate's degree in Chemical Process Technology from Houston Community College.
