Hemant Gupta

Hemant Gupta is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified professional with over 21 years of experience in Quality Control, EHS Business, Operational Excellence, and Supplier Quality. They have served as Manager Quality at TATA Power, Head of Quality & OpEx at Alstom, and Sr Executive Quality at LG Electronics before becoming Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Siemens in 2012. Hemant holds a Master of Philosophy in Total Quality Management from the Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment and an MBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. They also earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lucknow University and a Master's in Business Process Management from the National University of Singapore.
