Holger Werner

Holger Werner has extensive experience in financial management and controlling, beginning with a role as a Finanzcontroller at Maler-Einkauf Süd-West e.G. from May 2003 to December 2004, focusing on financial controlling and risk management. At PwC from January 2005 to June 2006, Holger held multiple positions including Associate in Audit and Transaction Services, Senior Associate in Transaction Services, and Manager in Transaction Services, specializing in carve-out management.
