Joel Kirsch

Joel Kirsch is an accomplished compliance officer and legal professional, serving as the Compliance Officer for the Americas and U.S. Chief Regulatory Counsel. They have held prominent roles, including Chief Compliance Officer in the U.S. at Siemens and Senior Litigation Counsel. Joel began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Chief Judge Louis C. Bechtle and later worked as a Litigation Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP. They earned a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and a Doctor of Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
