Joerg Rathmann

Joerg Rathmann is the Head of Accounting Principles, Contracts and Analytics at Siemens, where they oversee IFRS and HGB accounting for local statutory accounts and consolidated financials. Previously, they have held roles in organizations such as KPMG as an Audit Manager and engaged in logistics controlling at Bosch Engineering GmbH. Joerg’s early career included working in bookkeeping at Schaeffler and an SAP implementation at Wieland Electric GmbH. They earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Economic Sciences from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
