Kaushlendra Mishra

Kaushlendra Mishra has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management across various industries. From February 2016 to April 2023, Kaushlendra served as the Head of Commodity Management at Siemens, overseeing strategic commodity procurement for 12 factories in North America. Previously, Kaushlendra was the Head of Indirect Procurement, managing a regional spend of $250 million across six Siemens businesses, and established strategic procurement for the India Mobility Business. Prior to Siemens, Kaushlendra held the position of Director - Sourcing at Alstom Transport, focusing on bid and project procurement for railway projects, and held several roles at Samsung India Electronics, JCB India Ltd., and SAMTEL COLOR LIMITED, gaining expertise in supply chain operations, global sourcing, and procurement strategies. Kaushlendra completed an Executive Education program at MIT Sloan, specializing in leading organizations and change, and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Annamalai University.
