Lutz Strohmaier

Lutz Strohmaier is a seasoned professional in the fields of component engineering and supplier quality management, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Component Engineering ASICs & MICROs at Siemens AG since July 2010. With a strong background in electronic technology advisory and corporate commodity management for ASICs, MICROs, and Prog-Logic, Lutz also held the position of Director Supplier Quality for Sector Industry Commodity ASICs & MICROS, focusing on supplier quality management. Prior to Siemens AG, Lutz worked as a Fachlehrer for Physics and Technology at FOS/BOS Memmingen and served as a Senior R&D Project Manager at Qimonda, where program management for modules Aeneon and various R&D projects was overseen. Lutz’s career in program management began at Infineon/Qimonda, leading modules for Aeneon products. Lutz holds a Diplom in General Physics from the Technical University of Munich.
