Margherita Adragna

Margherita Adragna currently serves as the CEO Services for Digital Industries at Siemens since April 2022. Previously, Margherita held several leadership roles at Eaton from 2019 to March 2022, including Eaton EMEA Regional Inclusion Council (RIC) Leader and President of the Vehicle Group for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Margherita also worked at GE/ABB as the Senior General Manager for Lifecycle Solutions within Industrial Solutions, overseeing a global services organization with over 1,300 employees and approximately $800 million in revenue. In addition, Margherita contributed as Chair of COGEN Europe, promoting cogeneration for sustainable energy. Earlier experience includes leading GE Power’s Distributed Power Services and a series of roles at GE Oil & Gas and GE in risk management, quality, and finance. Margherita holds an MBA in International Business from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
