Martina Stauch

Martina Stauch currently serves as Vice President of Global Inside Sales at Siemens, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Martina was with Hitachi Vantara from April 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Global Vice President of Digital Sales and Director of Digital Sales for EMEA. From July 2000 to September 2008, Martina worked at Cisco Systems, ultimately becoming Head of Sales for Germany in the Inside Sales division. After leaving Cisco, Martina founded Martina C. Stauch Consulting, serving as CEO from September 2008 to April 2019, focusing on change management, outsourcing, strategy, and best practices.
