Rodrigo Serna is a software engineer at T-Mobile since July 2020, with prior experience as an intermediate applications developer at UPS from May 2017 to July 2020 and an associate QA tester at Coyote Logistics from 2014 to April 2017. During the role at Coyote Logistics, Rodrigo was responsible for manual testing of web applications and identifying bugs and code defects. Rodrigo also completed a software development internship at Coyote Logistics in Summer 2016, where development of commercial web applications using the .NET framework was undertaken. Additionally, experience as a mobile specialist involved resolving logistical issues for customers and drivers through high-level multitasking.
