Shouvik Nandi

Shouvik Nandi is the Vice President and Head of People & Organization for APAC at Siemens Mobility, where they lead human resources across multiple countries in the region. With extensive experience in HR management since 2001, Shouvik has held various roles, including Head of Human Resources for the Transportation Business at Siemens, where they oversaw a workforce of approximately 2,500. Previously, Shouvik was a Senior Officer at Aditya Birla Group and served as a Manager at ABB, contributing to key HR initiatives and organizational restructuring. They hold multiple degrees in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and the National Institute of Personnel Management.
