Shivani Tyagi is an experienced Human Resources professional who has held various roles in HR across different companies. Shivani currently works as the Human Resources Lead at Wonder Home Finance, overseeing HR operations in 8 states with numerous branches. Shivani has also worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and as an HR Business Partner at Idea Cellular Ltd. Shivani has a strong background in talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, and business partnering.
