Steve Thayer is the Western Sales Manager for Process Industries at Siemens Industry, Inc., where they have been responsible for sales management of Distributed Control Systems, Instrumentation, and Process Safety Systems across the western and central United States since 2005. Previously, they served as a Process Automation Specialist, focusing on sales in the chemical, oil & gas, HPI, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industries. Before joining Siemens, Steve worked as an Account Manager at ABB, where they managed sales for automation systems in the pulp and paper sector. They are currently pursuing a BS in Energy Engineering at the University of Arizona and possess a strong interest in sustainability, energy, and safety within heavy industry.
