Steven Black has a diverse background in operational management and project delivery, with experience spanning multiple industries. Steven held the position of Senior Team Manager at Response Handling Limited, overseeing new business implementations and operational management. As a Project Manager, Steven was responsible for major system builds and client implementations, working with high-profile clients such as the American Embassy and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior roles included various operational management positions at RESPONSE and project management at MGt, focusing on client implementations.
