Tanja Birner

Tanja Birner currently serves as Senior Vice President for Global Sales & Marketing in Factory Automation at Siemens, a position held since September 2019. Concurrently, Tanja Birner is a Member of the Board of Directors at SFS Group AG since April 2024. Prior to Siemens, Tanja Birner held multiple roles at KUKA from September 2000 to August 2019, including Head of Global Key Account Management Division Automotive and Vice President of Global Sales Development. Tanja Birner began their career at Messer Cutting Systems, working as Head of Sales and Product- and Project Manager from April 1997 to August 2000. Tanja Birner's education includes a Global Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Dipl.Ing. in Maschinenbau from Technische Hochschule Augsburg.
