Tolga Adinir

Tolga Adinir is a seasoned Digital Transformation Professional with over 25 years of experience in the UK and internationally, currently serving as the Global BIM & Digital Twin Manager at Siemens since May 2022. With a strong focus on driving major capital projects toward digital integration, Tolga has led digital deployment across various sectors, including infrastructure, mobility, urban regeneration, education, and commercial real estate, successfully overseeing 19 major capital projects and 5 multi-billion £ initiatives. Prior roles include Digital Engineering Leader at TRACTEBEL, Digital Construction Lead at HB Reavis, and Digital Project Manager at Lendlease, among others. Tolga holds a Master’s degree in the History of Modern Housing and Urban Development from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and a Bachelor of Architecture from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts.
