Ura Sarfejoo

Ura Sarfejoo currently serves as the Head of Sales for Building Solutions at Siemens since October 2025. Previously, Ura held various director roles at Johnson Controls from January 2020 to October 2025, including Director of Digital Solutions Sales for the APAC region and Pacific Leader for Integrated Technologies. Ura's career includes positions as Director of Large Programs at Verdia, Regional Sales Manager at NuGreen Solutions, and National Client Relationship Manager at Grosvenor Engineering Group. Ura's experience also features business development at Johnson Controls and customer account management at Dalkia Energy & Technical Services. Ura began career in sales management at McQuay International and holds a Master's Degree in Management from Macquarie Business School along with additional qualifications in directorship and yoga. Ura earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
