Wael Badawy

Wael Badawy has extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors, holding various leadership roles in prominent companies. At Siemens, from April 2018 to January 2021, Wael served as Executive Vice President of Energy & Performance Services and previously as Senior Projects Manager, focusing on workload prioritization and presentations. Prior to Siemens, Wael was an MEP Manager at Arabian Construction Co. from September 2014 to March 2018, where workload prioritization was also a key responsibility. Wael’s earlier career included positions as MEP Project Manager at El Seif Engineering Contracting (September 2013 - August 2014) and MAPCO, L.L.C. (March 2005 - September 2013), along with a role as MEP Construction Manager, all emphasizing workload prioritization. Wael's background began as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer at TAMAS PROJECTS from March 2004 to May 2006, where foundational engineering skills were developed.
