Xiao Qing Zhang

Xiao Qing Zhang currently serves as the General Manager for North China at Siemens since May 2006, overseeing a 100+ person team and managing full P&L responsibilities with significant achievements including delivering over 200M RMB in annual revenue and involving in 10 major global deals. Prior to Siemens, positions included Vice President at Lucent Technology (China), where a Global Business Partner and Software Business Unit were established, and Director at APC - American Power Conversion, recognized for outstanding market share. Earlier roles included Education Director at Oracle and General Manager for Northeast China at Compaq, where substantial revenue and team performance milestones were consistently met. Xiao Qing Zhang holds a degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MBA from INSEAD.
