Alicia Pepe

Alicia Pepe currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Experiential Learning and Career Development at Siena College, where responsibilities include aligning departmental goals with the college’s strategic plan and fostering a culture of continuous improvement utilizing Six Sigma principles. Previously, Alicia held the position of Director of Internship Programs at Siena College, where efforts focused on enhancing the internship approval process and collaborating with faculty and external partners. Other professional experience includes roles at Trans World Entertainment, SABIC, The Sage Colleges, and General Electric Manufacturing Company, showcasing expertise in brand management, procurement, alumni relations, and customer service. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor's degree in English/Communications from Le Moyne College.
