Deb Pasquarella

Deb Pasquarella currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Counseling at the MacDonnell Career & Internship Center at Siena College since January 2024. Prior to this role, Deb worked as an Associate at MT & Associates, focusing on accessibility services from January to November 2023. Deb has a significant academic background and experience, having served as an Associate Lecturer and Faculty member at Kent State University within the College of Education, Health & Human Services from August 2019 to September 2023. Deb also held the position of Associate Professor and Chair of the College of Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University from July 1997 to August 2019. Deb holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Education from Colorado State University and has academic credentials from Bryant University.
