Marjorie Cross

Marjorie Cross serves as the Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development at Siena University since July 2020 and is also a certified Clifton Strengths Coach at Maggie Cross Strengths Coaching. With a robust background in higher education, Marjorie previously held the position of Director of Student Engagement & Activities at Wagner College from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing departmental budgets, supervising graduate assistants, and implementing student programming. Marjorie's extensive experience also encompasses administrative roles supporting the Mandela Washington Fellowship and various leadership and student activities positions across multiple universities. Marjorie Cross is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University, building upon a Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Spanish from Susquehanna University.
