Siena Restaurant Group
Nicole Laughter is currently a summer intern at Everbrook Academy, focusing on curriculum development and gaining experience in early childhood education since June 2023. With a background in early childhood education, Nicole worked as an Early Childhood Educator at Westwood Children's School from December 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included lesson planning and fostering a supportive classroom environment. Nicole has also held various roles in the food service industry, starting as a hostess and later transitioning to waitressing at Siena Restaurant Group since May 2021, and worked as a waitress at Savannas Bar and Bistro for a brief period in late 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a barista at Cape Cod Coffee upon its opening in May 2021, and training as a Counselor in Training at YMCA Camp Woodstock in the summer of 2019. Nicole Laughter is pursuing a degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, anticipated to graduate in May 2024.

Brothers Anthony and Chris Tarro own all three restaurants in the Siena Restaurant Group. Located in the heart of Providence’s Federal Hill, Siena Restaurant was opened in 2005 and features authentic Tuscan cuisine in a warm and lively atmosphere. While the brothers were raised in Warwick, R.I., their family has deep roots in the Italian-American community on Federal Hill making it the perfect location for their first restaurant. Siena Cucina · Enoteca opened in 2007 just a few miles from where they grew up in East Greenwich. Siena Cucina · Enoteca compliments the trusted menu from the original Siena Restaurant, with many of the warm touches and great food found in kitchens and wine bars all over Italy. The third Siena restaurant, Tavola da Siena located in Smithfield, opened in 2013. Stepping into Tavola da Siena feels like being transported to an upscale Tuscan farmhouse with the same great menu and warmth of service.
