Al Minite

Al Minite began their career in 1980 as a Sales representative for Milliken & Company. Al then moved to Bentley Mills in 1986, where they continued in a Sales role. In 1998, Al Minite became the Principal of ALKS & Associates. Al then founded Siena in 2012, and also became the Principal of Pliris in 2008.

Al Minite attended the University of Delaware from 1976 to 1980 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
