Andrew Meares

Head of Special Situations at Sienna Capital

Andrew Meares joined Sienna Capital in 2020 as the Head of Special Situations. Andrew was previously a Founding Partner and Portfolio Manager of CapeView Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund, where he invested across the capital structure in equities, high yield and distressed debt.

Andrew previously worked at Trafalgar Asset Managers, the predecessor firm to CapeView Capital.

Prior to joining Trafalgar Asset Managers, Andrew was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Department of Deutsche Bank in London.

Andrew began his career in investment banking at Bankers Trust Alex. Brown in Baltimore. Andrew Meares holds an MA in Accounting, and a BSc in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Virginia.
