Martina Pérez Linde

Martina Pérez Linde has over 17 years of experience in tax and corporate law. Martina currently holds the position of Head of Tax at Sienna Investment Managers since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EY as a Senior Manager International Tax and Transaction Services from February 2017 to March 2023. Before that, they were a Tax & Corporate Lawyer at Grupo Banco Popular from May 2011 to December 2016, and they started their career at Ernst & Young Abogados, S.L. as a Tax Lawyer from September 2006 to February 2011.

Martina Pérez Linde's education history includes a Juris Doctor degree from the Universidad de Granada, completed between 1999 and 2004. Martina received a scholarship Erasmus Universitá degli Studi di Bologna, studying at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna from 2002 to 2003, focusing on the Faculty of Law. Martina also attended the IE Business School, where they earned a Master of Legal Practice (LL.M.) degree in 2005-2006. Additionally, they completed various short-term courses and programs, such as an Executive Master in Management of Financial Institutions at IEB in 2014-2015, and several specialized courses in topics such as wealth tax management, mergers & acquisitions, social media and online business, communication and legal skills for lawyers, financial accountancy, tax consolidation regime, and strategic financials.
