Lian Carroll Rd

Lian Carroll RD is a seasoned nutrition professional with extensive experience in various roles within the dietary and nutrition field. Currently serving as a Nutrition Care Partner at Sienna Senior Living since May 2007, Lian supports the Nutrition Care Program across 45 communities. Previous roles include providing clinical dietetic services as a Clinical Registered Dietitian in long-term care, leading food service operations as Director of Dietary Services, and working as a Registered Dietitian with organizations such as the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Loblaws. Lian’s diverse experience encompasses private practice as a Consulting Dietitian, inpatient and outpatient care at North York General, and education as a Food Lab Technician at Toronto Metropolitan University. Lian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies, as well as a Dietetic Internship from the University Health Network.
