Lillian Gagic, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a background in managing technology-driven projects across various industries. Currently serving as a project manager at Sienna Senior Living since September 2017, Lillian has previously held project management roles at CDAR, Best Processes Inc., EastEngHouse, Millennium1 Solutions, DAVIS+HENDERSON, Resolve Corporation, and Watts Direct Marketing. Significant achievements include overseeing custom development projects for over 500 franchisees at CDAR, leading IT service desk process upgrades at BPI, and successfully managing PCI compliance projects at Resolve Corporation. Lillian possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Computer Studies from the University of Sarajevo and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while effectively coordinating teams and resources.
