Renu Kalani

Renu Kalani, CHRL, MBA (HR), currently serves as the National Director of HRBP for Long-term Care at Sienna Senior Living, overseeing HR initiatives for a multi-million dollar M&A and supporting a workforce of 9,500 across Canada. Previously, Renu held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at ERCO Worldwide, where strategic HR transformations were led across multiple sites in Canada, the US, and Chile. Renu also served as Global Director of People & Culture at Metamaterial Technologies Inc., establishing centralized HR functions for global operations. Earlier experiences include HR management at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and internships at GlaxoSmithKline and Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. Renu holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
