Samuel Kang 康博深 MS, MBA, PMP has a long and varied work experience. Samuel began their career in 2010 as a WebEOC Administrator/ IT Project Manager/ BSA for the San Bernardino County Fire Department. In 2011, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Sr. Healthcare IT Program/Project Manager (EPMO). In 2015, they became Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of INQBRANDS, INC. / FOCUS TECHNOLOGY USA, as well as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RENA Biotechnology Corridor. In 2018, they were appointed Senior Vice President of American Plus Bank N.A. In 2019, they became Executive Chairman of Healthy23 Bioscience. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Total Technology Solutions & Head of Electric School Buses at BYD North America, and Adjunct Professor - Biotechnology Project Management at Azusa Pacific University. Finally, in 2022, they became Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Sienza Energy. Additionally, they have served as Councilman (Mayor 2016, 2020) of the City of Duarte since 2013.
