At Sierra, we’re pretty into the outside and want to help other people get out there, too. Walking your dog, trying out hiking, mastering child’s pose, taking up running – however you get moving, our stores and website are a go-to destination to grab the gear you need. Sierra is part of the T.J.Maxx family, which means our buyers are always on the lookout for epic brands at teeny, tiny prices. We pass those savings on to our customers so they can score top-of-the-line finds for generally 20% to 60% less than department and specialty store prices.* Between Sierra.com and our rapidly growing number of stores, it’s an exciting time to join team Sierra. If you’re an outside person, thrive in fast-paced environment, work well with a team, and appreciate a good dog picture, this is the place for you!
