Dongxu Zhou

Dongxu Zhou is a seasoned research engineer currently employed at Sierra since October 2024. Previously served as CTO at Glint, where responsibilities included software troubleshooting with GenAI. Holding extensive experience in data science, Dongxu Zhou was the Director of Data Science at Moveworks from February 2022 to February 2024, and Senior Manager of Machine Learning at Upstart from May 2021 to February 2022. At Moveworks, significant contributions involved leading the development of an enterprise relevance model that enhanced F1 score by 20%. Earlier roles encompass data scientist at Airbnb, scientist at Geosyntec Consultants, and visiting scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Dongxu Zhou earned a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Peking University.
