Justin Toupin

Justin Toupin is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as a full-time employee at Sierra since June 2025, Justin previously held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Instacart from February 2021 to March 2025, where leadership involved overseeing a team of product managers for various product lines. Justin's earlier roles include Product Manager at Google, focusing on web payment and identity flows, and Director of Product Management at both Lyft and Walmart Global eCommerce, where significant contributions were made to internal tools, support systems, and consumer mobile apps. Justin holds a Master of Applied Science in Operational Research from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph.
