Logan Randolph

Logan Randolph is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in partnerships, investment, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Sierra since July 2023, Logan has an extensive investment portfolio with over 70 checks in various companies including Looker and Masterclass. Prior experience includes a role as Head of International Sales and Marketing at Salesforce and a growth position at Quip, which was acquired by Salesforce for $750 million. Logan co-founded Jarv, a personal assistant service, where responsibilities included launching, fundraising, and scaling the business before its sale. Earlier in career, Logan guided high-altitude mountaineering trips with Rainier Mountaineering Inc. and led the Middlebury Ski Patrol as President during college years. Logan holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Behavioral Economics from Middlebury College.
