Natasha Smith is a skilled professional with a diverse background in technology strategy and real estate. Currently serving as the Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead and Strategy at Sierra since April 2025, Natasha also works as a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers, leveraging local market expertise to provide exceptional service to various clients. Previously, Natasha held the position of Tech Strategist in the City of Atlanta's Office of the Mayor's Technology and Innovation, where the focus was on positioning Atlanta as a leading tech city in the U.S. Additional experience includes roles as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Village Premier Collection and Manager of Workplace Experience at Avanade. Natasha holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
