Nicole Searl is an accomplished recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Recruiter for Sierra since September 2025, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Talent Partner at Payhawk, where the focus was on enhancing global banking and payment technologies for multinational businesses. Prior to that, an impactful tenure at La Fosse included roles such as Principal Consultant Manager, where Nicole managed a team of recruitment consultants and spearheaded recruitment campaigns for leadership positions in commercial and corporate functions. Additional experience includes recruitment partnerships for companies like Tink and Culture Trip, along with prior roles in customer success and digital marketing. Nicole holds degrees in International Development Studies from UCLA and International Relations from the University of Westminster.
