Gina Giampaoli Ericson

Gina Giampaoli Ericson has extensive experience in resource and human capital management, currently serving as Resources Manager Lead at Sierra-Cedar since August 2012. Previous roles at Sierra-Cedar include Resource Manager and Practice Director. Prior to this, Gina held the position of Organizational Manager at CherryRoad Technologies, overseeing the management of 180 consultants and implementing career development programs. Gina's earlier experience includes managing human resources for a division at MAXIMUS and serving as an HR Assistant at Intarsia, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee communications. Gina holds a degree from Loyola Marymount University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
