Mike LaVelle, MBA, is an accomplished Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect and Lead Cloud Consultant at Sierra-Cedar since January 2020, specializing in solution architecture and leading implementation projects across various HCM modules. With extensive experience as a Senior Associate at ArcLight Consulting and a Senior Principal Consultant at Jibe Consulting, Mike has successfully managed Oracle Global HCM Cloud projects and has contributed to faster deployments and greater ROI through unique delivery models. Prior roles include managerial positions at Vertafore, Amazon.com, and Starbucks Coffee Company, showcasing a strong background in enterprise applications, strategic project management, and business analysis. Mike began their career in HCM solutions at Ciber and Oracle, achieving recognition as a subject matter expert, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Columbia College.
