Radhika Patel, RCS, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in HR and payroll management. Currently serving as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Sierra-Cedar since January 2022, Radhika supervises HR activities across 49 states and developed a comprehensive onboarding program. Prior experience includes roles as a Lead Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist at ElringKlinger AG, where Radhika focused on HR planning and reporting, and as a Payroll Specialist at ADP, managing payroll processes for over 100 employees. Additional roles include Area Coordinator at Market Source, Inc, overseeing a large team of retail representatives, and Sales Management/Event Coordinator at Thunder Zone Bowling Alley. Radhika’s early career included work as an Ultrasound Tech Per Diem at GA Clinic.
