Vanya Starr, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Sierra-Cedar since October 2021, having previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Vanya's extensive background includes over 14 years at C2 Education, concluding as a Senior HR Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO, where responsibilities included onboarding an average of 72 new managers annually, managing the implementation of a benefits package impacting 1,800 employees, and co-managing compliance measures. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Development at Regent University, Vanya also holds a Juris Master in Employment Law from Emory University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
