Jen Lee has extensive experience in clinical research and management, currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Sierra Clinical Services since February 2011. Prior to this role, Jen held positions including Clinical Data Manager at Transcend Medical from April 2009 to December 2011, and Clinical Research Consultant at Global Clinical Services LLC from April 2004 to February 2011. Jen's career also includes managerial experience in clinical research at Refractec, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, as well as roles as a Clinical Data Specialist at Bausch & Lomb from 1996 to 1999, and Clinical Research Associate at Chiron Vision from 1994 to 1996.
