Lynne Ladd has extensive experience in clinical research, currently serving as a Sr. CRA II at Sierra Clinical Services since November 2019, while also holding a position as Senior Clinical Research Associate II at Syneos Health since July 2017. Previous roles include Senior Clinical Research Associate at Novartis from July 2016 to February 2017, and Senior Clinical Site Manager at PRA Health Sciences from August 2014 to July 2016. Lynne's career began as a Clinical Site Manager at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. (contracted by ExecuPharm) from September 2011 to August 2014, and prior to that, served as Clinical Manager at Pepose Vision Institute from May 2003 to September 2011. Educational qualifications include training at St. Joseph School of Nursing from 1981 to 1983.
