Andrea Callan

Andrea Callan is an experienced professional in the fields of law and advocacy, currently serving as the Deputy Regional Field Director and Senior Manager of Chapter Support for the Sierra Club since September 2022. Prior to this, Callan held various leadership roles at the Worker Justice Center of NY from March 2014 to September 2022, including Interim Co-Executive Director, Managing Director, Program Director, and Staff Attorney. Callan's experience also includes serving as the Statewide Advocacy Coordinator and Suffolk Chapter Director for the New York Civil Liberties Union from June 2008 to March 2014, and as an Associate Attorney at Scott Michael Mishkin, PC from September 2007 to June 2008. Additionally, Callan worked as a Research Associate at Lexis Nexis and held multiple roles, including Legal Intern and Pro-Bono Coordinator, at the New York Civil Liberties Union, Suffolk County Chapter. Education credentials include a J.D. in International Law and Civil Rights from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a B.A. in Law & Society with multiple minors from Purdue University.
