Jenny Binstock

Jenny Binstock serves as the Deputy Regional Field Director for California at the Sierra Club, where responsibilities include coordinating field staff and volunteers to address climate issues, transforming the energy economy, and ensuring equitable access to outdoor spaces. Jenny has previously held roles such as Acting Western Regional Field Director, where oversight included managing field staff across 13 states and leading campaign strategies, and California Campaign Manager for the Lands Water Wildlife Campaign, focusing on strategic campaign planning and advocacy for environmental legislation. Prior experience includes positions at Avaaz, TreePeople, UCLA Blum Center, International Rivers, and Greenpeace, where Jenny engaged in various campaigns related to environmental policy, climate resilience, and grassroots organizing. Jenny holds a Master of Public Policy from UCLA and a BA in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
