Louis Paul

Louis Paul has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Sierra Construction Company, Inc. since May 2017, with notable projects including the Gayteway Building G and Cascade Commerce Building 1. Previously, Louis worked as a Project Engineer, contributing to various construction initiatives. From November 2010 to May 2017, Louis held multiple roles in the US Navy, including Facilities Management Officer and Construction Manager for NAVFAC SW, managing personnel and procurement processes. Louis began a career in surveying as an Assistant Surveyor with San Juan Surveying from 2004 to 2009. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University and a Level I Certification in Construction Management from Defense Acquisition University.
